Procedure for recruitment 

Our system of selection is guaranteed and we select the right man for the right job. We strictly follow the instructions of our (All) valuables Principals regarding the selection of the candidates.

Here we are stated the silent features of our recruitment policy to get through the right men for the Manpower Demands.

Demand Letter:    Requirement for basic Documents (By the Employers/ Companies

Demand Letter (Mentioning Wages and Other Terms and Conditions of Job)
Power Of Attorney  (Authority Letter)
Addressed Letter  (Khitab Letter by the Recruitment Office) Only for the Saudi Arabian Based Clients Only

(Note:- These Documents Must be Attested by the office of local Government, Ministry of Chamber and Commerce or Ministry of Foreign Affairs preferably Embassy/Consulate of Pakistan of the Host Country

Verification:

After Receiving the basic demand letter then we verifies these documents accordingly by the Embassy. /Consulate of Host Country in Pakistan. Permission:

After the verification of documents then we acknowledged the governments of the Pakistan about the worker demand accordingly by the source of Bureau of Emigration department. In addition, got the permission for recruitment of workers.                            

Advertisements:

After getting, the Permission Posts are advertised in the leading Daily Morning Newspapers for the requirement of particular vacancies.

Interviews:

Then we look physical build-up and appearance of the candidates. We examine the educational and experience certificates we creates his complete profile containing photographs and Xerox copies of his certificates.

Final Interview & Trade Test:

We arrange for the practical trade test by the Employer or its Authorized representative through reputed technical centers.

Medical Test:

After passing through these stages, we arrange the complete medical physical check –up of the worker by the recognized and approved medical hospitals.

Obtaining / Affixing of Visa:  

After completing all necessary precessions then we obtains visas directly by the employers of submitted to the concerned countries embassy/consulate for the stamping of visa on the passports of selected employees.

Exit procedure

 protector and registration: 

After Getting, the passports or visas permits by the employer we must protect and registered them with the Protectorate of emigrants Government of Pakistan

flight and departure of worker: 

Reserved the passenger flight ticket from Pakistan to Local Host Country by any particular and Well-known Airline
